Positive Pathways

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council and YC Hertfordshire have launched Positive Pathways – an initiative to help young people in Welwyn Hatfield access individual support, projects and programmes, as well as careers advice and guidance, which develop their confidence, skills and improve future life opportunities.

Young people can access Positive Pathways through self-referring or be referred by their school, family or organisation working with them.  One of our youth workers will then get in touch to arrange to meet and talk through the support required and complete a personal plan of action
