Care Leaver Hub
If you are a young person in or leaving care aged 16-21, the Care Leaver Hub at the YC Hertfordshire Stevenage Access Point is for you. You will get support to help you become more independent in all areas of your life.
GROW Emotional Wellbeing Project
If you feel you'd like some support with your emotional wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem or are struggling with anxiety or low mood then the YC Hertfordshire GROW project at the Bowes Lyon Young People’s Centre in Stevenage on Tuesday evenings could be for you.
Hyde Project
The YC Hertfordshire Hyde Project is for young people aged 13-17 from The Hyde area of Stevenage. Come to the Barnwell Leisure Centre at Barnwell School on Wednesday afternoons and join in the fun! You can play sports and learn new skills.
Identity LGBTQ Group
Identity is an LGBTQ group run by YC Hertfordshire for young people in the Stevenage area. It's open to anyone who is lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or questioning their sexuality.
Independent Living Skills Project
The YC Hertfordshire Independent Living Skills programme at the Bowes Lyon Young People's Centre in Stevenage is for young people in care or care leavers in the Stevenage or North Herts areas.
Megamix Project for Young People with Learning Disabilities

Stevenage Transgender Project
