Bishop's Stortford Young People's Centre

The YC Hertfordshire Bishop’s Stortford Young People’s Centre is for young people aged 13 to 17. There is a wide variety of things to do - from sports, cooking and making music in our music studio, to careers guidance, healthy relationships support, sexual health advice and much more! There are YC Hertfordshire youth workers who can offer support, a friendly chat or help with getting an idea you have off the ground. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.

Buntingford Project

The YC Hertfordshire Buntingford Youth Project is for young people aged 13 to 17 and takes place on Friday evenings from 6pm to 8pm at the Buntingford Youth Centre on Baldock Road. Come along and take part in a wide range of activities or just chill out with your friends. For full and up-to-date details of what we're up to, check out the youth centre door. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.

Hertford and Ware Street-Based Project

If you are aged 13-17 and live in the Hertford or Ware areas come and get involved in free sports and other street-based activities. You can also join in discussions about local issues and get advice and support. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.

 

LGBTQ Project

The YC Hertfordshire LGBTQ project in Bishop's Stortford is for young people in the area who are lesbian, gay, bisexual or questioning their sexuality or gender. Joining the group will allow you to meet other LGBTQ young people in a safe space. You'll find the meetings informative and fun and the staff supportive to all who attend. The group meets every Wednesday evening in Bishop's Stortford. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.

Sawbridgeworth Project

The YC Hertfordshire Sawbridgeworth Youth Project is for young people aged 13-17 every Thursday evening. There are loads of activities for you to get involved with including lots of different sports, arts and music, specialist projects, issue-based work, competitions, trips and opportunities for learning. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.

Ware Youth Project

Come to the YC Hertfordshire Ware Youth Project at the Ware Young People's Centre every Tuesday and Wednesday evening. It's for young people aged 13-17 and is completely free! You can play various sports, do some cooking, arts & crafts or just hang out playing on the consoles. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.

Zoo Cafe Project

If you are aged 13-17 come and get involved in this project at the Zoo Cafe on Ware Road in Hertford every Tuesday and Friday evening. At the YC Hertfordshire Zoo Cafe Youth Project you'll find friendly youth workers on hand to give you information and advice on any issues you want to talk about. You can get involved in activities from cooking to art. It's also a place you can come to just to chill out with your friends.
