Youth Connexions wins funding for countywide, cross-cultural music project

National charity Youth Music has awarded £30,000 to Hertfordshire County Council Youth Connexions for a life-enhancing music project to take place in 2016.

Supported by Youth Connexions, young people from across the county came together on Saturday 16th October at County Hall for the launch of the Hertfordshire Young People’s Manifesto 2015/16, in the presence of the Executive Member for Children’s Services, County Councillor Richard Roberts.

‘Say Something’ New service for reporting sexual exploitation launched 1st July

'Say something' is a new national service which aims to raise awareness amongst young people of the risks and dangers of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and provide advice on how to keep safe and where to seek support.
